Your questions answered:
Constellations help us observe and bring order to family systems, ancestral patterns, chronic symptoms, and systemic entanglements - so that you can be free to live the life you're here to live.
A constellations session involves laying out the different parts of the system so they (and their interconnectedness) can be seen in plain view. This can be done in the minds eye, with objects, or with other people as representatives.
Shifts may be physical movements, breath, or sentences of acknowledgment spoken for healing. All are simple, gentle, yet profound - much like a homeopathic remedy.
All of the ways we can explore this work together
1:1 Constellations: using the minds eye and/or objects, individual constellations are a beautifully accessible way to explore what is.
Group constellations are done with other people as your representatives - these are done in my monthly constellation circle (see below for dates) or upon request for clients - you can also join as a representative here!
Constellations can be done for a variety of topics - from families to systems to collective concepts. We can constellate any issues coming up in your life; symptoms, relationships, stuckness, patterns - and of course: ancestral issues!
Constellations are creative, dynamic experiences that are full of possibility - and the best way to understand them...
After arriving guided meditation and brief introductions, we determine the focus for the day if it's not predetermined.
We begin the constellation by selecting our initial representatives - these are chosen based on the issue presenting. Each rep is invited to represent and given the opportunity to say yes or no.
As representatives are chosen, they are invited to take some space to tune in and notice what becomes alive in them.
I then invite them to share what they notice.
We continue this process, adding representatives if/when they appear and letting the field guide us.
We may use healing sentences, silence, deep breathing, or physical movement throughout as the energy invites it.
In closing, each representative is thanked and de-roled. Then we wrap up with a closing meditation.
Plus the facilitator!
The Client: the person bringing forward the constellation topic.
Representatives: Someone who is invited step into a role of someone or something in the constellation. Upon accepting the role, they report on what they notice arising in their body/mind - without interpretation.
Observers: Holding the space and observing the constellation, stepping into representation if needed
As the client, constellations give us perspective, acceptance, belonging, reconnection, and deeper insight to the stories at play in our lives.
Beyond that, as representatives, we are often invited to represent or witness what we ourselves are needing to move through.
Being immersed in someone's story, witnessing the human experience, connecting with others in a dynamic healing space...it all invites us to reflect and connect within.
Constellations are a beautiful exercise in connecting with the body and your intuition - you're asked to tune into yourself, notice sensations and expressions, and to connect with other people through the process.
"Paula beautifully holds a sacred container for constellation work. I felt held, seen, and heard. I was invited to participate as felt appropriate for me and I never felt forced into anything that didn't feel right. Whenever Paula opens a container for healing, she is fully present and heart-led. I love that so many different perspectives are honored during the process. Every representative has equal time to share what is coming up for them and equal time to speak what is on their hearts, minds, and in their bodies of sensation. Constellation work with Paula is such a great experience. If you have not participated yet, what are you waiting for?! I couldn't recommend it more. It was exactly the medicine I needed."
This was my first constellations experience and I was surprised how beautiful it was to explore alongside other women whom I didn't know. The container felt very safe for self expression and being curious with what arose within my body. Even though I was not sharing my story it felt as though my own experience was also somehow represented. There was a sense of stories within stories and that the fabric was being pulled and stretched and re-knit by us all with care. The word I would associate with the experience was 'tenderness'.

Thank you so much for opening the space for us to be able to participate in this. I’m so grateful to have been a part of it, and to have had such a safe and welcoming space within which to experience representing for the first time. I hope you do more of these in the future, as I’d love to participate again!
I felt like the group of women was all there holding this beautiful supportive container for each other. We all were curious and open to whatever arose, and didn't question, just let it flow. You have a gift for bringing people together to mutually heal and I am so grateful for this experience!
Paula creates spaces that help you come home to yourself through the wisdom of your symptoms, your story, and your soul.
She invites curiosity, compassion, and creativity into the healing space with the intention of helping you remember: you are the remedy.
