Similimum helped me love my symptoms more. I was kind of seesawing back and forth before this... some days I was more accepting and other days I was outright pissed off that I still haven't healed after all these years. Week 2 really changed the way I saw my skin. I see it with more grace now and have a DEEP appreciation for what my vital force is doing. THE BTS PROCESS

A lot of us come from years of suppression and silencing, so  in BTS each week builds on the last with intention.

  • It starts with rebuilding your relationship with your vital force, to get to know the energy that enlivens your most authentic self, that keeps you on your path.

  • Then we'll start exploring the relationship between you and your symptoms. We’ll dig into those feelings that are creating a wall between you, inhibiting your ability to see the messages they’re trying to deliver to you.

  • Once the channels of communication are open, we’ll start exploring the insights within your symptoms. We’ll start learning the unique language of your body.

  • From there, once all of your parts are curious about your symptoms being on your team, you'll explore what it is you both need in order to move forward.

Homeopath and symptom mediator, I'm here to help guide you back home to yourself. My genius lives in seeing patterns and asking questions that open the door to "aha moment" insights that change the way you relate to your symptoms.

Are sessions recorded in case I miss a week?

No, but you will always receive the prompts after session which you can do on your own if you miss a class.

Sessions are not recorded in order to preserve the live space and give participants clear space to express and share their journey with each other.

This also invites you to show up for yourself, actually do the prompts, and gives you that shared connection with the group.

What do sessions look like?

Each session begins with a grounding meditation or journalling warm up, and a quick check in. From theres, I guide you through mini lessons and accompanying timed journalling prompts. After prompts there's space to share how the journalling went for you, optional! Some weeks will have some meditations or mini constellation practices, too.

What are the themes each week?

I plan the sessions as we go based on what comes up each weeks, but the key pillars I focus on throughout the session are:

  • Your vital force

  • Your symptoms and their deeper purpose

  • Obstacles to cure - things that could be blocking your healing

  • Your relationship with your body and symptoms

  • Secondary gains

  • Your nervous system

We also talk about different philosophies of healing and why we're healing.

Who is this not for?

This is not a program for anyone looking for a saviour nor for someone to tell them what to do. This is your doorway into becoming the authority on your healing.

Those actively navigating deep trauma or active, acute health issues may benefit from additional 1:1 support outside of the program. If you are unsure if this is the right time for this program, reach out to me and we can chat!

This program asks you to tap into compassion and curiosity for your symptoms, so if you are not open to that or feel adamant that hating your symptoms is the way forward, this probably won't be your vibe. We only need an ounce of openness, though!
